Are your designs original?

Yes, all designs/artwork is original!

Do colors look exactly the same in person?

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing surfaces.

Where are your products made?

All products are locally printed in Nashville, TN!

What are the tea towels made of?

The flour sack towels and 15"x20" towels are both 100% cotton

What are the care instructions?

For fabric products, machine wash cold. Tumble Dry on low. Handwashing and air drying is also recommended!
The coasters come uncoated meaning that they are not sealed and are absorbent. Liquids that stain such as red wine, permanent markers, cooking oils, etc., will not come out. For all other stains that are easy to remove, please use warm water a little bit of soap

How long does processing take?

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 4 business days.
Custom and commissioned pieces may take longer depending on the project timeline. Estimated turnaround times will always be discussed before work begins.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! When an order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number included.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please send me an email with images of the damaged product within 3 business days of your order arriving.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you are not happy with your order, please send an email to huscherstudios@gmail.com. A return/exchange of the product can be issued if returned in original condition within 7 business days.
